筋疲力尽的2011年过去了，新的道路又如何设计好呢？
让我慢慢回顾过去再展望未来吧～
在此送上我为我婆婆改造的新年贺卡设计。本来其实水墨画是很有魅力的艺术，但是用在贺卡上如果颜色太少就会显得太沉重，气氛不对劲，所以后来我把颜色和背景都进行了改造。

尽是一些傻东西
回看一些拍过的照片，经常忽略了世博的那部分。其实世博的照片才真的是多姿多彩，但是不知何故，越到后来，越是没有那出来炫耀的冲动。
今天无意看到了自己在澳洲馆拍的照片，马上脑海浮现那时见到这些粘在天花板上的可爱卡通小人时自己的激动模样。这确实是我见到过的最有活力和想象力的场馆。尽管瑞典馆也是充满童真，但是那种让你兴奋莫名，而且一波未完一波又起的心情，只有澳洲馆能给我。
原因很简单，因为澳洲馆在讲故事，而且是用最有张力的卡通小人们来讲故事。这非常符合大众的审美，也能抓住中国游客的心。像在世博这些地方，不能搞到太有思想高度，否则一个已经消耗大量体力的人，用怎会再消耗脑力来欣赏你的东西。
质感这东西
最近在很多设计任务里都提到了质感。
对于我来说，质感这东西确实不大好把握。不是说不好去实现，只是觉得没有必要去描述得这么具体。
质感只是为创意而诞生，让创意更耐看。如果太强调质感，设计的过程就是一个挖坑的过程，可能永无止境，冗长而没有激情。
不过话说回来，最近发现苹果的网站有明显的改版，里面除了多了很多人性化的设计外，还加入很多充满质感的图表。“质感”丰富得让我惊叹！例如那个在Mac pro性能介绍里的pie chart, orz…N 种木纹都被设计师找到了，真是只能用一个“服”字表达小女子的敬意了。
Cross Dresser
I consider myself as a cross dresser, because I have changed my title a lot. Recently, I am a full-time UI designer. But somehow I prefer being an illustrator and handmade craft creator. In this year, I will try to play all these roles ( UI designer, Graphic Designer, Illustrator…& a GOOD wife) at the same time :))A big challenge ahead!
BTW, I have never thought that I would be an UI designer one day. It is so ridiculous or even hilarious that I have learnt so much at light speed and could be pretty confident to switch to a new area. A area that I used to feel worried and afraid of.
Working on the new issue of Packaging Update
I have been the designer for Packaging Update Magazine since 2009. Packaging Update is not a kind of magazine that you can buy from everywhere in the market. It’s free but professional. 90% of our readers are the professionals in Packaging field.
I have never thought that I would develop my interest in designing Magazine during this project. I have never thought that laying out all texts and images could be so much fun. Some people might be born to be a good designer for layout and typographic. But I am not. I was the girl ,who was teased by her teacher in Layout courses in the college. Fortunately, I never agree with that teacher, never underestimate my potential.
